Add Shipping Tax to Grand Total in Magento

 

Step1:Changing Shipping Class:

<p>Go to System -> Configuration -> Sales -> Tax -> Tax Classes and change the Tax Class for Shipping drop down to Shipping.</p>

 

Step2: Changing Calculation Settings:

<p>Go to System -> Configuration -> Sales -> Tax -> Calculation Settings and change the Shipping Prices for Including Tax in drop down .</p>
